My Galaxy SIII Announces the Time and Incoming calls wierd

So I set my alarm for 6:03 every morning. The alarm goes off it annouces THREE TIL SIX.. not 6:03.. also when I get an incoming call say its 555-111-1234 it will announce " call from Five hundred fiftey five too one hundreld eleven too onethousand two hundred thrirty four. It's a pain in the ass, I went to the verizon store and they just shrugged about it I am upgraded to jelly Bean.. Any Ideas?

go to settings...scroll down to accessibility.. turn off TALKBACK

Thanks for the response. I checked the setting and Talk back was turned off... any other thoughts?

Pull down the Notifications Bar and turn off Driving Mode.

A feature found under the settings for alarms is to go off 3 minutes early as a pre-warning. Turn it off.

Thanks, I shut off the driving mode. Unfortunately that shuts off the incoming call anouncement (who is calling me) as well as announcing what time it is. I know it may seem picky, but when you buy the best of the best, you kind of expect it to work.. ugh.. It seems as though it calls out time like it's Europe time, if that makes sense.. I dunno.. Thanks for the advise, I really appreciate your help
