Since I purchased the Galaxy S6 Verizon won't let me add any of my music that I've purchased to use as ringtones. They put a lock on My Music. Is there a way around this?

Galvinized, this link has the discussion I had with Verizon on the same issue. I stopped using Verizon Cloud over this pad locked music and switched to an iPhone 6s Plus because of it.

Verizon Cloud does not support the sharing of copyrighted content, which is identified with padlocked icon.

Hi there, Galvinized! I know how great it is being able to use a song as a ringtone, and I want to do everything possible to make this possible for you.
Given what you've verified here, it sounds like the songs are saved on the Cloud, rather on your phone. Can you try to download the song(s) that you are trying to use as a ringtone to the local phone memory?
