I have the new apple music 6mos free ,but i cant get it to play .it tells me it cant open the radio station i want and to try later.or when i just try to listen to song it wont havs any volume or plzy why ???
Hello, VALHOF65. Sorry to see that you are having issues with your Apple Music subscription. We want to ensure you enjoy listening to music and not have any problems. Did you sign in with your Apple ID? When you press play to listen to music does it actually show it is playing the song? Have you tried restarting your device?
