Out of nowhere my back and menu buttons on my S4 stopped working. They were functioning normally when I laid down for a nap, and when I woke up they weren't working at all. Any ideas on a fix?
Have you pulled your battery and rebooted your phone? That is what I would try first.
Tried both multiple times, neither have worked.

No new apps or updates. And even after a factory reset they still don't work. Going in tomorrow to see about a replacement.
