My camera does not focus and is always blurry. Not sure what to do

My camera worked amazing. Now my camera is never focused, it is always blurry. There are also times with my messaging were it just stops working and freezes. I was thinking of doing a factor reset and see how that would work. But I am afraid that I would do that and it still not work.

Any ideas are welcome.

First thing to do would be to shut the phone down and pull the battery for one minute, reassemble and reboot. Turn on the camera, does it manually focus when you touch the screen? Have you tried a different camera app from the play store? Also some have had luck with going into settings in the camera app, under metering mode select matrix. Last thing I can think of would be a factory reset.

If none of these work, more than likely it is a hardware problem where it will have to be repaired,
