My car's Bluetooth connection (MyLink) does not recognize the paired S4 phone especially when streaming Bluetooth.

My 2014 Chevrolet Bluetooth connection (GM MyLink) indicates an error with the S4 Galaxy mini cell phone especially when streaming Pandora. I tried the suggested Pandora fixes but nothing works. Chevrolet dealer paired 3 other Droid phones to my car and thyey worked. The dealer's opinion is my Samsung S4 mini is faulty?

The Bluetooth is a great feature with your phone CorvetteKid. It is especially important to keep you safe when driving. We want to ensure this is fully working for you. Does your phone connect to other Bluetooth connections? Can you connect to your car Bluetooth and use it for calls or are all services not working with the car Bluetooth? Have you ever been able to use this before with this car?

Bluetooth reception is only a problem when streaming Pandora. Pandora screen comes up on car screen, may play one song and then lockup. Rumors are there are problems with the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini cvausing this?

Are you using the Pandora app from your phone or is it installed in your car? Do you have any issues streaming Pandora when not connected to the car, like with regular headphones?

I have the app on both the car and on my phone. The problem is only playing when trying to stream through the Pandora link in my car. The screen comes up in the car and may play one song and then locks up. No further songs play.

We understand that having a reliable connection to pandora is important. I use my phone to play music everyday so we have something in common. Not to worry, we will find a resolution to this.
