I have tried resetting my phone, taking the battery out and taking the sim card out and nothing is working....Please help!!!
I'm sorry you're having issues with your device b.200316. Is there any damage to your phone? Have you tried plugging it up to the charger? If you still have issues, I recommend taking your phone to a corporate store for a hands on evaluation.
