My galaxy s3 is looping

my galaxy s3 is stuck on the 4glte screen and it wont reset with the button method it wont reset by taking the battery out either i just got my phone back today and now it wont do anything but flash the circles on the 4glte screen please help my upgrade is way out in 2014 and i cant afford a new phone right now

There is a few things you can Try: I'd try safe mode first but then I think your beyond that....Good Luck.

SAFE MODE

To enter in to safe mode in Galaxy S3

Switch off your phone Completely

Switch it on using power button

once you see Samsung logo start pressing the the left touch button at bottom..

You will see you phone will boot in safe mode and a safe mode text will be watermarked on bottom left.

To come out of Safe mode in Galaxy S3 ... Just reboot your phone normally.

FACTORY RESET

Turn the phone off.

Press and hold VOLUME UP and Home(center) button

Press Power until the phone vibrate

Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.

Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)

Select YES -- delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then press Power

After format, press Power again to reboot phone. (select reboot system now)
