My home and task buttons randomly quit working today.

I've been using my phone all day and the home and task buttons just randomly quit working. I've done a little research online and have already done the safe mode reboot to no avail. I've had the phone since March and this is the first time this has happened. How can I get it fixed without having to do a complete factory reset?

We always want your device working as it should be. It is alarming to hear you are having theses issues with yours. Trying in Safe Mode is always a good step.
