My phone data usage for last month is different than that billed

My data usage setting on my phone showed 1.9 GB for last month, but my bill shows 0.64 GB.  What's the difference?

That's a bit strange, mswxman! What make & model phone are you using? What is the date range on your usage on the phone? Additionally, what is your bill cycle date? We'll help you get to the bottom of this!
