My wife and I upgraded phones from the Droid Razor to the Samsung Note 3 few months ago. Ever since day one I've been having issues with losing connection. It's strange, I will be talking to someone on the phone and all of a sudden they can't hear anything I say, however I can still hear them talking. After 5-10 seconds they can start hearing me again. My wife's cellphone never had this issue and my work cellphone (also a Verizon phone, Galaxy SIII) also never had this issue.
