My phone says: SIM card Locked. Enter PUK. Able to make emergency calls only. Contact your service provider.

My samsung galaxy 4 displays " SIM card locked.Enter PUK. Contact Service Provider. Emergency Calls Only."

I found the PUK code on Verizon website, but the phone shows only the home screen

with no place TO enter the PUK code. Help !!

Help is here! As we truly want you to have the ability to use your phone, let's dig deeper into this issue to see what's going on. Are you currently in the U.S? Have you powered your phone off , removed the battery and sim card for 1-2 minutes? Then powered it back on again to see if the PUK code can be entered?
