My s7 regularly dropping calls

My 3 month old S7 Edge has been consistently dropping calls, while working from my home office or on the road where my old trusty S3 never failed. Signal strength is strong when this happens, I see all bars lit up, or I'm only 1 bar short. I've turned off HD voice, and turned off WiFi assist, problem continues. I have tried rebooting my phone, deleting apps I no longer use. Are other S7 owners seeing the same issue?

My zip is 16137 my simple card was replaced in anew attempt to fix this issue and no change. Why is my wife able to talk on her iPhone and I cannot talk on my s7?? Very disappointed.

I appreciate the information provided. I’ve been able to look at your area & there’s decent coverage. When you say you replaced a simple card, do you mean the SIM card? (That is what connects you to the 4G network.) Are dropped calls the only issue that you are experiencing? How are texts & data?

Yes the SIM card was replaced, no change. I continue to drop all calls at home and sometimes out and about. A lot of money to spend on a new phone that continues to drop calls.

I never followed up on this. I finally went to my local store, they gave me a replacement phone, problem solved.
