Verizon employee told me s8+ was shatter proof. My phone fell and cracked . Now the phone is freezing and i have to keep doing soft reset. After chatting with verizon for more than 3hrs i was told the can send someone to replace the screen which later on the dont even have that option for the he s8+. Then at last i was told to contact asurion to get my phone replaced for a like new phone for $199.00.
