When "saying" voice texting...if I say to much at once...the phone says "working" then eventually comes back with "could not connect". It will keep saying this until I turn off phone and turn it back on. Is this normal??
Hi my name is Leslie ,verizon wireless employee, try checking Speech rate: Go to menu; settings; text speech (default set speed speech at what speed spoken). You may also try pausing during each word to allow phone to recognize what you are saying. If says "working" then eventually comes back with "could not connect" try to exit out of menu or will have to turn phone off and back on.
