NETWORK ISSUES OHARE/CHICAGO

My current signal strength currently is -125dBm. I cannot use my phone at my 2 work places and at home. Same with the other line on my account. Majority of my calls are being dropped, text messages keep failing to send and the only way to send them is to restart the phone. The internet barely works. I have two lines with Verizon and both are the Samsung Galaxy S4 in black. The network connection is alway on 1X with 1 or 2 bars showing if not 3g with 1 or 2 bars showing. I have spent the last 3 weeks talking to customer service. All I got in return was them hanging up on me and leaving me to dead end responses. They would transfer me to different employees and each would have a different answer to why I do not get service. These customer services reps are nothing more than secretaries. They only know how to transfer calls. THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.  I kid you not, I talked to over 15 different people and not one person has yet to resolve this issue. They put a ticket number in to check the cell towers TWICE and I have still not gotten any feedback or callback on whats going on. Instead they tell me it can take up to 36hrs. It have been nearly a week and their excuse is that they are still looking into it. At the end of the day I pay $175 for 2 lines with my employee discount. These secretaries/"so called customer service reps" do absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. I could not even have my son wish me a HAPPY FATHERS DAY because every call was lost or disconnected. If I am stuck in an emergency and Verizon is my form of communication, I would be screwed to get outside help. This company has really disappointed me in every possible way. It takes over 3 weeks for "refurbished phones" to come to you. This company is more than happy to take the money automatically every month out of my checking account but leave me with no service. I am fed up with this customer service and I do wish this message gets around to the right people to take the right action. We make this company. Each and every customer of Verizon should be treated with proper assistance. We pay you guys to keep your business going. If you cannot provide the right data connections or customer service reps, you guys will lose many customers. I am very close to leaving and if this is what you call the "BEST NETWORK" then they are nothing but a bunch of scammers in the cell phone market.

I'm sorry to see that you are having service issues in your work place and home adrian2090! You mentioned that a ticket has been submitted to our network team; these tickets take 3-5 days to complete. Please provide the ticket number and we'll be happy to follow up on the status as we want to find a resolution to all service issues pronto.

They have attempted to check on the cell phone towers twice and came back with inconclusive results. Your company states that there is nothing wrong with their network yet at my two job locations and at my condo, I cannot make a call, text, or even web browse. BOTH LINES are not working properly. Both are continuously getting dropped calls, texts, internet, etc. You guys sent me in the mail 2 phones that are refurbished and they are still providing the same quality! In return I lost a bunch of contacts, music, pictures, etc. I pay you guys at the end of the day. I let you guys go into my bank account and withdraw every month what you guys please. Instead, I am the one who is suffering from all this mess. I refuse to upgrade and sign my life away for the next few years when I do not even have service! This is not right business and I have been led to only dead end solutions. Please explain companies that charge half the amount what you guys charge such as Sprint and T-Mobile and people in my work field have FULL 4G SERVICE RIGHT NEXT TO ME AND I CANNOT MAKE A PHONE CALL IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I feel mislead mistreated and scammed by you guys. Over 20 people have looked into my account and not 1 single person is able to assist me and keep me as verizon's customer. I CANNOT EVEN CALL TO CHECK UP ON MY OWN SON. If something were to happen in an emergency with my family, I am unable to communicate with them because you guys cannot live up to your standards and actually assist me with this matter. This has been going on for 3+ weeks now. Current signal strength is -110dBm and on average it goes easily -125dBm.

We truly want to see you have a positive experience here at Verizon Wireless. We understand how important it is to have a reliable signal you can count on. I do notice that you mention the issues happen at your job locations and your condo. Does the issue occur outside of these physical structures? Are there any other Verizon Wireless customers at your job locations that see a similar issue?
