last nite all of a sudden...no service..no in-coming or out -going calls ..no text...nothing. when I checked status and up dates it says: unavailable service...code503. NO clue what that means. can't even use MY VERIZON app to see what is wrong. Not like this si new ...I have had phonr almost 2 years so I have always had service. HELP
