I have had my phone for less than a week. My husband's number ported over the same day while mine took several days to port over from T-Mobile/Sprint. Now I am not getting any OTP texts OR calls and am unable to fully set up my device. HELP! This is tiring and annoying to say the least.

The S23 is a great phone, and we want you to have service after porting over to Verizon. The port should only take 4-24 hours. If your new phone doesn't work after the transfer time, please call 888.844.7095 from another phone and the Port Center will help you.
