New Galaxy s7 Edge keeps shutting down and restarting every 5 min

Starting yesterdasy my new Galaxy s7 Edge keeps shutting down and restarting every 5 min.  It will freeze and shut down in the middle of phone calls, emails, social media, videos.  EVERYTHING.  This morning I reset my phone back to factory settings hoping it was an app or software issue but the problem persists.  Any advice on how to resolve this problem.  There are no new software updates available.  This phone is my business, very frustrated.

Sounds like a hardware issue. If the hard reset did not fix the issue, you may want to return the phone for a new one.
