I was a faithful HTC customer, then I decided to switch to Samsung which I now love. But yesterday the new update bricked my S6 Edge Plus, when will an update be released to fix the broken update? I am very upset that I had to go a day without a phone while a replacement was shipped because of a glitchy update. I work in IT and we test all our programs and updates before release and we already have fixes in place for any hick-ups. I am disappointed in Verizon and Samsung at this point.
