Hello,
After the last few updates for the s5 my phone has been in a chaotic state. The main issues freezing, boot looping, powering off instead of going to sleep mode, battery heating and discharging. I've done research around other forums and the culprit always points back to the update to 6.0. I have tried factory reset, reset with samsung switch software, in phone recovery/ wipe partition. Only putting a lock on sleep feature seems to keep the phone going at times. So now that i have this software issue impacting my hardwares ability to safely run who can I expect to support my problem? Being an older phone i am out of warranty.
