No 4G

I'm not getting 4G where I know I have it.   The 4G icon in the notification bar is light gray instead of white and there's a diagonal line through it indicating I'm not getting it.  I've tried restarting the phone and gone  through all the other settings but I still don't have it.

And, you know that mobile data is enabled?  i ask because usually, if you have no data available with the radio turned on, you wont see 1x, 3G, 4G, LTE...the bars usually represent the data signal you are getting and even with Mobile Data turned off, that 4G icon means you are in 4G area.  Maybe you can try to turn off the phone and take out the SIM card, wait a min or 2, then put the SIM back in and turn the phone off to refresh your signal.

So now I feel stupid.   I  *thought * the box was checked as enabled but apparently it wasn't.   I have no idea how it got unchecked but now it's all fixed! Thanks so much for your help!
