No Sound Process system not responding

Phone has no volume when try to turn up and down will not make no sound sometimes then freezes and says Process system not responding. I have cleared cache sound then came back for about 10min then went away again. I have done factory reboot nothing changed deleted all apps still nothing. Help Please!!

It started about a week ago. It has not had any damage to it. I have done sevral factory resets and have deleted all other apps. I have done the clear cahce partition and some times I can get it to work again like yesterday the volume and freezing stopped for most the day then last night it started again. So this morning again I did factory rest and it has been on and off working most the day. When its not working I cant make or receive calls there is no volume on phone then it starts freezing then errors will pop up process system not responding or keyboard not responding and most the time will just shut off and come back on.

Thank you for your efforts in troubleshooting your device. To confirm are you testing the device before adding 3rd party applications after the Factory resets? Please confirm.

Yes still having the same problem and have not added any apps back to phone every once in while sound will start working again then stops but also effects calls when not working people can not hear me. Will usually freeze up if I get a call
