No service with Galaxy SIII

I have had the SIII for about 2 months now. I had the iPhone 4S previously and had great service with it so I know it's not the area I live in. Since I got the SIII I have had trouble sending and receiving texts and now I very rarely have phone service. I have called Verizon and they have replaced my SIM card. I like the actual phone better than the iPhone and really don't want to have to switch back to it but if I don't have service with this one I don't see much of an option.

I want you to enjoy your phone and I am here to help! What is your current zip code? Do yo experience the issue in or outdoors? Are you using a 3rd party messaging application? I realize this is a relatively new device for you, when did the issue begin? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
