I get no notifications at all for voicemail. I can access voicemail and retrieve my messages, I just don't ever know when someone leaves me a voicemail. This isn't good!! Anybody know what's up with this?
Have you checked the preferences to turn on the notifications?
The line might also be defaulted to the visual voicemail and if you use the basic non-visual voicemail you need to block visual voicemail on your line to get the notifications working.
