Not all contacts are showing

Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue going on with my Galaxy S7 Edge. I transferred 404 contacts from my previous phone, and only a little over 200 are showing up when I go to my contacts through the PHONE app. However, when I actually go to the apps folder and open the CONTACTS app, it shows all 404, but a lot of them are a different color. Does anyone know what is going on?

Some may be google contacts, some may be Verizon contacts.
