Why do I now have 2 lock screens? One I orig had with a pattern and one new one I did not add that is a swipe. I can't seem to get rid of it. I also can no longer change / update the wallpaper for the lock screen. I am also no longer getting notifcations or syncing on my email accounts unless I go in and manually do it. My caller id/ call blocking service is no longer functioning as well. What is going on??? Can anyone tell me how to fix any of this that doesn't require a factory reset or anything extreme? Thanks.
