Not receiving all text messages

I have a Galaxy S5 that is not new or newly activated. I have been having random issues with not receiving text messages, including some I know people sent me. If I try to have a website such as a bank or Ebay text me an activation code, I never receive it, despite multiple tries, restarting the pfone, etc. I don't receive any of them

I want you to get all those important text messages nhtom! Let's get some more clues about this issue and we'll explore options to resolve! When did this issue start? Were you able to receive messages from those companies before? What is your messaging application? How many signal bars when messages are not delivered? What is your ZIP code?
