Recently upgraded from a moto to Samsung note 20. Now can't receive texts from the one person I text with most. He gets my texts.
He has a Samsung note 9 with t-mobile.
Thinking about dumping this phone and going back to Motorola. Have spent 7 hours on this with Verizon and no resolution.
Any suggestions?
