Is anyone else experiencing their screen automatically turning on every 5 minutes for about 2 seconds? My lock screen also no longer works ever since downloading the latest software update on 11/1 because the screen auto turns on every 5 minutes.
Hello TROB49, having your phone screen automatically turn on every 5 minutes can certainly be frustrating, especially if the lock screen is no longer working either. Aside from the software upgrade, what other changes have occurred? Aside from the display powering on automatically and lock screen no longer working, what other problems are you encountering?

Samsung customer service had me restart the phone in safe mode and once I turned off safe mode it fixed the problem.
