I have connected to public open Wi-Fi, but at home get timed out while obtaining IP address; Message "Network disabled because internet connection is slow". Have had no problems with many other non-phone devices - (IPAD, TVs, etc) Help?
I've had no issues, but if you have called Verizon tech support try Samsung, I use their chat 24/7
