Note 4 battery life

What's going on with my Note 4, it's not holding a charge anymore at about 60%...it just goes right to zero...I was told it's a software issue..from Verizon tech online...I on occasion turn of location, wifi, hibernate apps...I do have pics/videos on phone...I have moved some...my SD card hasn't worked since I switched phone..a bad port..this is a switch from last phone that had a bad main charge port go bad...

Ready to switch phones again....

as old as it is, it probably needs a battery.

sd card needs replacing too.

The device gets to 60% from 100% while in use and then zero..out...Software issue?Or needs a new battery or new phone?

Mine is going out sometimes from 35% but mostly from about 20% and If I turn the Camara around 40% it may just go out it has done several times . I have been turning off WiFi and location when no using it .

Your battery has run its course..A guy sold me a battery from his old phone..he didn't have the phone for a long time...my phone runs like new againDon't try the Verizon stores...they stop stocking replacement parts in order for you to buy a new phone...go online
