I have a replacement Note 7 that is being recalled. I went on line to select a replacement as suggested. I decided to go with the IPhone this time but it will not ship until sometime in November. If I power down and stop using my note 7 as Samsung and Verizon say I should do, what am I supposed to do about a phone? I use my cell as the house phone so I would not be able to call or be called until next Month. That is unacceptable.
Is this an active order? Could you visit a store to return the Note 7 and pickup the iPhone? Could you borrow a phone from a family member or friend? Do you have an old phone you could use in the meantime?
