I just got a Galaxy Note 10, and I'm not getting notification sounds for texts and WhatsApp, just vibration. I checked all the settings - apps are not sleeping or muted, I cleared cache, and can't think of anything else to do. In doing research, this seems to be a known issue since at least 2019. For what this phone costs, I should be able to get my notification sounds. Anyone else with this issue?
