Just got a new Note20 Ultra Note. My "Message" app will not let me set up general notifications
I spent an entire day messing with this exact issue. What seemed to be the solution on my brand new note20 ultra was to go to settings/apps/click on the little 3 dots upper right,choose: reset app preferences. Then I went back into the notification sound choices and chose one and it worked. Good luck
