Something i need an answer too, My Galaxy s3 goes off a couple times a day for no reason. I think it likes to hear itself make noise. sounds like a text came in, nothing there, nothing updated, nothing in status bar at all. anyone know why ?
Hello roadpilotrcs, Let's show your phone who's boss and get it inline! I have had this happen with my phone before as well and as it turned out it was rogue app playing tricks on me. Does the sound go off at the same time everyday? You can try to use Safe Mode for a few hours and if the noise does not go off it will indicate that it is a 3rd party application.
