Only getting 1x with one bar

Have Samsung galaxy s20 fe. After losing network had SIM card replaced still happened received replacement phone still happening and SIM card replaced again. Now only getting 1x unable to make calls, This is a 5G phone now can’t even get 4g. I have not moved zip code 87114
