We want to make sure you can use your Outlook Calendar on the go. Please go into your Mail application on your Galaxy 6. Go into the settings option and select Add Account and Manual Setup. Add in your E-mail information and make sure it shows and receives new messages. If you are still having issues with this, please provide us more details so that we can further look into this. What application are you trying to sync it to, is it displaying an error message, etc.

I already did that. My email works great. The appointments/events on my Outlook Calendar are not showing up on my phone calendar. I tried downloading Outlook on my Galaxy 6 and I had the same result. Email works fine, Calendar does not sync.

Are you looking at the Outlook calendar from within the Outlook app?  Or just the device calendar app?

It may not sync with the DEVICE calendar, but it will sync to the OUTLOOK calendar on the phone, found within the Outlook app and once you put in your Outlook email address associated with the calendar.    Are you events synced there?

Tried downloading Outlook app to phone. The email works from it but the calendar does not sync or the contacts. I had the same issue with my iPhone 7. But my phone calendar on my iPhone 7 was able to sync with my Outlook Calendar. None of the events will show up in either the Outlook calendar or the phone calendar

Which version of Outlook are you using on your PC?  Have you set it up as an Exchange account rather than a POP or IMAP account?

It is set up as an IMAP account. Would exchange make an difference? I haven't set up Outlook in Exchange before. Anything special about setting up that way or any issues that I should be aware of?

If you have your standalone Outlook set up as Exchange so that it's syncing with your account on Outlook.com, you can then set your phone account as an Exchange account and everything will sync across all devices.  There are a few 'how to' websites on how to set up Outlook as Exchange and how to import your current info.  One issue is Tasks ... some of the recurring options in the standalone version of Outlook aren't available in Outlook.com, so you either need to change those tasks or use a task app.
