Outlook won't synch over wifi

I have a Samsung 6 Edge and just got the Marshmallow update yesterday. Now my outlook account won't send or receive over wifi but it works just fine when connected via the cell signal.

Help has arrived! Let’s definitely make sure we get your email to work over wifi. Are you having any trouble with apps updating or installing over wifi? Have you been able to delete the email account and then re-add it to the phone? Here are the steps to follow to remove http://vz.to/1qzQLrz & add http://vz.to/1qRjSHn the email back. Please let us know the results.

All of my other Apps work fine over wifi including a seperate email account which has no problem sending, receiving and synching. It is not an outlook account, it is an account through my ISP.

I removed the outlook account and set it back up. No luck.

No other apps are having trouble over wifi. Outlook is having problems over any wifi. Home, work, Starbucks, etc.. No oher apps were downloaded after the update.

Apage, I rely on my email for communication on the go. Let’s get to the root cause of this. Do you have issues sending or receiving mail on any other devices such as a tablet or computer? What type of email account is this?

It just "thinks" for a while thensays, failed to send if there is something that is in the outbox, oitherwise it acts like it is working and then nothing comes up even if I know something is there.,

I get all of my email through my outlook, so I know how important it is that it be working right, Apage. Is your outlook account a personal account or a corporate/employer email?
