I have a question about managing data notifications. I am not able to share the data between two phone lines to set up notifications. I drove to the store. I was told that I had to go home and go online to set up notifications. I went home, got online and still couldn't figure it out. Called the store. Guy was busy. Told he would call me back. Called customer service. I have been on hold for 55 MINUTES! Of course, the guy at the store has not called.
I tried to do a live chat, but nobody is available.
I tried to email, but there is no address.
I cannot believe that I left Virgin for this.
