PUK Code Help

I have a Galaxy Nexus and am having trouble synching with MS Exchange.  In the process, i pulled the battery to reset.  When it started, it says to enter PUK code and a new PIN.  Help!

Don't try to guess the PUK code or you'll mess up. Go to your local Verizon store and they can enter the PUK for you. Then you can enter your PIN

You can also get it online through the myVerizon thing..... search SIM PUK code and it will give you a nice little tutorial on it.

I trust that the options provided by mortb and Pman5K  (thank you both!) helped you resolve the PUK issue and your phone is working by now. I just want to provide the links for PUK assistance as others may benefit from this information.

Thanks for the very helpful links. Thankfully, I don't need a SIM card...yet. But when my time comes to upgrade, it will probably be a smartphone needing a SIM card. I feel like I'm going back into time when all the old ":dumb" phones, like the old Nokias, needed SIM cards.

Is there any way I can find the PUK Code here on the MyVerizon home page? I cant find it..
