PUK Code Help

I have a Galaxy Nexus and am having trouble synching with MS Exchange. In the process, i pulled the battery to reset. When it started, it says to enter PUK code and a new PIN. Help!

Unblock SIM PIN - Galaxy Nexus by Samsung

Don't try to guess the PUK code or you'll mess up. Go to your local Verizon store and they can enter the PUK for you. Then you can enter your PIN

You can also get it online through the myVerizon thing..... search SIM PUK code and it will give you a nice little tutorial on it.

Thanks for the very helpful links. Thankfully, I don't need a SIM card...yet. But when my time comes to upgrade, it will probably be a smartphone needing a SIM card. I feel like I'm going back into time when all the old ":dumb" phones, like the old Nokias, needed SIM cards.

Is there any way I can find the PUK Code here on the MyVerizon home page? I cant find it..
