My phone is stuck on a screen with only a number pad and emergency call button. At the top there are two areas to type or text boxs. The top one has "PUK code" the bottom say's "New PIN code". How do I find the PUK code? My SIM card is locked and the type has a banner display with a "SIM card is PUK-locked". Do i have to call Verizon? cause, they will probably just put me on hold for ever. Is it possible to find it on on my own, or are there universial codes? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Log into your on-line MyVerizon account. At the top of the page where it says MyVerizon, hover over that and click on View All under My Device. At the top, choose the appropriate device. Under About My Device, click on My PIN and Unlocking Key (PUK), and you should get a pop-up with the info.
If that doesn't work, then contact Customer Service (if you have another phone available) or visit your local Corporate Verizon store.
