Page Freeze Issue with JellyBean 4.1.1

With the Jellybean 4.1.1 upgrade has anyone had an issue with an application freezing to a page and not being able to slide it up or down?

I did. It was not an application per se, it was my browser. I had to do a battery pull to get the phone to work again. Hopefully that was just a one time thing.

Thanks for the offer but I've tried so many things including that.  The one app is giving me

We appreciate you trying what maya0630 recommended. I'm sorry to hear it hasn't worked. Since it's occuring with just that one application I recommend you first try to uninstall and reinstall the application. As some applications don't always recognize the update this will usually get everything working properly. If the trouble continues then we encourage you to contact the developer of the application. To do this access Play Store -> menu icon -> My Apps -> Installed section and click on the app with the trouble. Scroll down to developer section and select the method you'd like to contact them. Let them know of the trouble and they will generally reply with what can be done.
