It seems to cut in and out. I can hear them, but they cannot hear me at all or my voice is muted.

This has been a on going problem with my phone..... in order for people to hear me I have to put my phone on speaker

Having a working device is super important. No one wants to always use speakerphone. Is it damaged? In a case? Ifso, does it improve outside the case?

My phone has no damage it has been in a case from day 1.... I took the case off to try that, it's the same... I have already reported this and another phone was sent to me, but the phone didn't look in tip top shape like mine so I sent it back... a co worker said she had to send 3 galaxy s5 back for the same on going problem.... I'm just tired of paying for something that doesn't work properly....
