My phone sometimes makes it down to 1% or 2% before turning off, but sometimes it is 25% and decides to restart until I plug it in.
Have you updated the phone recently and how old is the battery?

Having a reliable battery is important. This is not the experience we want you to have. Have you recently completed any new software updates or downloaded a new app? What are you doing on the phone when it shuts off? Are you using the original battery and charger?
