My phone continuesly dies whenever it wants. It is completely unreliable and I can never get anything done. I've gotten it replaced once already only for it to have the same/worse problems and honestly it's getting very ridiculous how i to go through all of this after being a VZW customer for nearly 5 years now. I'm sick of spending hours on the phone to no avail. I need this issued solved before I consider taking my business elsewhere.
