Last night, my Samsung Galaxy s7 showed that a system update was ready to install. I selected the option to proceed with the update.
After the update ran, the device now boots, but before ever showing any interface now shows a message stating that "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped." After selecting OK, the dialogue only opens once more. The phone is completely useless now.
I have tried a factory reset from the boot screen, and have also cleared the cache - both have had no effect on the message showing and the device is still useless. I am not going to flash the system rom as i don't desire to breaks rules in fixing this issue since it is likely on Verizon for causing the issue.
Who do i take this to to resolve this issue?

Software updates are supposed to make your phone run better not worse. I am sorry to hear this is happening, BENBOW57. I want to ensure we find a solution. I just sent you a private message. I look forward to hearing back from you.
