Phone has lost wifi capability

Just did the most recent update and my S5 has lost the ability to connect to any WiFi. Click on the wifi button and the phone acts like it doesn't have the option anymore. Any help?

Help is here AMY6977! When did you update the software on your device? Have you tried to power the device off/on? Can you please clarify what you mean by the options is not there anymore? Do you no longer have a wifi icon?

One possibility came to mind: make sure you're not tethered to your computer. You can't use WiFi and tethering at the same time.
