I was just listening to music, and it suddenly stopped. My phone now won't respond and is now stuck in a static/snowy screen. I already attempted to reboot it by taking out the battery. Help please.
If when you reboot and it shows the screen Samsung logo etc. Than its a driver issue. It if doesn't and is snowy from being on period than its a hardware issue. Than if you have a warranty you need to contact Verizon.
If you have a OTG adapter (Google it) you can plug it in to your mico usb port and the OTG adapter has multiple plugs like hdmi, micr sd, mouse etc) and others this way you can plug your adapter in and to a hdmi plug (tv, computer screen) and see your screen and recover your files to your sdcard that are important (pictures, etc) cause if its a software issue meaning its only snowy during Android itself and not during bootup. You will need to do a factory reset one that will have you erase everything internally (not Sdcard) and that should fix it. Otherwise you will need to contact Verizon for a replacement. Either way its good to get a OTG adapter as they can be handy in cases like this.
