Has anyone been having an issue with images loading on Facebook/Instagram? My images will only load if I am connected to Wifi. When not connect and using 4G- I can't see any pictures on facebook or instagram. HELP!!
Have you turned off background data? If so, try turning it on and see if that helps.
How do you do that??
settings > data usage > menu > uncheck Restrict Background Data
That wasn't it- Restrict Background Data wasn't checked on my phone.
